Significant investment encourages growth for Rosehill

Cheshire based contract furniture specialists, Rosehill FF&E has gone from strength to strength over the past two years. After securing substantial investment from Yorkshire Bank and winning major contracts to supply contract furniture to new student accommodation projects across the UK; 2015 hopes to be a record financial year with a predicted turnover of over £10million.

For over 30 years, Rosehill has been synonymous with the design, supply and installation of contemporary contract furniture for the student accommodation and community sectors throughout UK and Europe.  We have been privileged to work with some of the largest construction companies in the world including: Bouygues UK, BAM, Midas Construction, Balfour Beatty, Vinci, Laing O’Rourke, Bovis Lend Lease and Brookfield Multiplex to name a few. We are equally fortunate to have an extensive client list of local, regional and independent contractors.

January has been a bumper month, securing over 5 new student accommodation contracts in Lancaster, Liverpool, Newcastle, Hertfordshire and Canterbury. We have many more projects in the pipeline and with our purpose-built showroom due to open at the end of February,  Rosehill are showing no signs of slowing down.  Our business growth has been cemented by our recent recruitment drive, since last year Rosehill have hired over 10 local new employees, with many more positions becoming available across all departments.

Customer demand has increased for our loose furniture products too, we have invested heavily into the development of an E-commerce website and Digital Marketing Campaign. As such, we are now able to attract new customers from the UK, but also from farther afield including: Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Sierra Leone and more recently Latvia.

Jim Smith, Director commented: “Our recent strides forward are a testament to the hard work and determination of all the team at Rosehill. With a strong order book and approach that includes diversifying into new market sectors; we are in a very strong position to continue our growth throughout 2015, 2016 and beyond”.

Last November saw Rosehill’s success and achievements recognised locally at the infamous North East Cheshire Business Awards. We were awarded runners up for Business of the Year t/o £5million. This was not only a triumph for the company, but for the Rosehill family too, who have continuously worked hard and made Rosehill what it is today.

Hallow Chair

Church Furniture Innovation from Rosehill

Rosehill FF&E is pleased to announce the arrival of a new church chair- the Hallow Chair (formerly the Communion Church Chair)(IPO design registered  4033875).

We have been a leading supplier of ecclesiastical and functional furniture for over 30 years and from listening to our customers we identified a gap in the market.

Designed to maximise space and usability for a Catholic congregation during communion, this new church chair has a unique built-in folding kneeler which folds up effortlessly when not in use and has a thick durable cushion for comfort when in use.

Working closely with one of our Catholic church customers in Rochdale, we tested numerous prototypes to fine tune this design and specification.

This innovative and unique church chair is exclusively available from Rosehill and complements our existing range of church chairs and can be tailored to suit with a variety of optional extras available.

The Hallow Church Chair can be manufactured with a beech or a solid oak frame with stained finishes available too.

We offer a variety of upholstery colours and types to accompany existing church décor and there is an added option to add arms and links allowing the chairs to be coupled in a straight line or a curve.

For further information on the Hallow Chair or to request a sample, please contact our sales team on 0161 485 1717 or email, alternatively view this products on our online shop here
